Thank you for shopping with Ezella Design Shop. All of our items are handmade and personalized to order, so please read the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Delivery Time
Because every magnet is hand-poured and customized with your names, dates and details, each order is prepared individually before it ships. Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days. During busy seasons (wedding season, holidays) this may take slightly longer; any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.
Where We Ship From
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Turkey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Turkey, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are set by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, re-shipping costs may apply.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ezelladesignshop@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
